Inside Plaza Sierra Nevada

Lovely place in the mountains for a summer retreat. Peaceful morning coffee with views down the valley (I recommend that side of the property!). Helpful and friendly staff. I stayed late August 2022. Really great time of year and I recommend also walking the 1-2hrs hiking trail through the marked trails in the nearby pine forest just slightly up the main road by the entrance to the village.

This is our favourite place to stay in SN. The staff is always helpful, the apartments are simple but well equipped. Cleaning is an absolute example to follow in SN and the obvious option for dog lovers, as pets are accepted. All this 100m from the gondolas! There is a supermarket right below, many restaurants and bars, just meters away.

Arrived last night as family of 4, partner booked very last minute when I saw he booked a 1 star was a little nervous however on arrival pleasantly surprised. Room was immaculate we had a great view of the mountain, very spacious and cosy and all the amenities u would need inside a room for a family. Reception staff extremely helpful. Location is smack bang in middle and we had a great view from our room. All in all it definitely exceeded expectations, there’s no way I would rate a 1 star more like 3 star would return for sure.

We were deciding between booking with Inside Plaza and the 5 star hotel chain in Pradollano. All in all, still satisfied that we chose to stay with Inside in a 1 bedroom apartment instead. It's holiday season in spain so the rates are high on both sides but you get so much more space in the apartment and the kitchen/pantry came in very handy. There were some maintenance issues faced during our stay - but I believe this wld have been rectified had we reported it. Bathroom's ventilator was not working and the toilet bowl was not fixed to the ground properly - causing a terrible sewage smell, which became unbearable towards the end. Beds (mattresses) are as what every review says. Hard/uncomfortable - which I feel the biggest issue here. Those complaints about the bedrooms not having natural lights/windows are being nitpicky. It's just the way the rooms are located. You'll get a nice large window opening up in the living room anyway. The downside with having the bedroom located next to the door/entrance though is the noise factor. It can be very loud and noisy especially between 4pm - 7pm and 6am - 10am. I'd say inside plaza has the best location in Pradollano especially for first time visitors. Close to car park, and if you are taking the bus with lots of luggages - you'll be relieved to know that it's located just next to the bus drop off/pick up point. Hoping that this detailed review helps to set the expectations right. Great staff and they were very responsive over the email and at the reception. 👍
